So in order to facilitate the Supply Chain, Ultra is vertically integrated to perform and supply fully tested sub-assemblies which can be directly fitted to the main product. These sub-assemblies involve sourcing of BOM components, forgings, castings, bolting and torqueing operations.

In order to have a close proximity to customer’s locations, Ultra shows its willingness to sign a Tri-Party Contract with the warehouse and customers. Ultra has strategic relationships with some of the major warehouses in North America and Europe. Managing supply chain effectively, Ultra works with some of the major global companies on Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) basis.
