Ajay holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a law graduate. He has completed Post Graduation in Business Management. Ajay has been associated with Ultra since 2018 and has hands-on experience of implementing IMS, TQM, Lean, Six Sigma and SA 8000 systems over 30 years across various sectors including Auto, Power, FMCG and Engineering.

Ajay has worked in different functions like Industrial Engineering, Tool Room, Manufacturing, Business Development, and as a plant head. He has implemented Lean principals towards profitable growth and converted green fields to world class mega project infrastructure in the past. Ajay is known for customizing the blend of German, Japanese and Swedish work culture in Indian environment for customer delight.
