Founded by Mr. Ashok Bhosle, a company pioneer in manufacturing & supplying dies & moulds, precision components, jigs & fixtures.
1995
Tool room setup upgraded with CNC – EDM, spark erosion & wire cut machines.
2002
Established modern state-of-the-art setup with CNC’s & VMC’s to cater to the energy sector.
2008
Entered into oil & gas business with machined components to cater to the requirement of pumping side & drilling.
2013
Manufacturing facility upgraded with special process like Molykote, Zn & Mn phosphate coatings & approved for proprietary threadings.
2015
Initiated a dedicated unit for earth moving equipment’s customer in Chakan as Unit VI-A.
2019
Manufacturing facility upgraded with special processes like laser cladding and brazing.
2022
A new facility for Hot Dip Galvanizing & enhancement of Fabrication & Machining capacities and the largest manufacturing unit by far.
