Dr. Rahul Bagale holds an Honorary Doctorate in Human Resources from Dunster Business School, Switzerland and a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management from Pune University. With 26 years of rich experience, he is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt holder.

A recipient of the prestigious “CHRO of the Year – 2023”, Dr. Bagale is a highly skilled professional with comprehensive expertise in all areas of Human Resources, organizational effectiveness and transformation. Prior to joining Ultra, he worked with Force Motors Limited and has also been a speaker at various management institutes such as IIT Mandi, IIM Amritsar, IIM Jammu and IIM Visakhapatnam.

Outside of work, Dr. Bagale enjoys listening to light classical music and playing table tennis.
