BE Mech./Prod (MBA Marketing / IB preferred)

Critical Skills
- Well-versed in engineering drawings, metal forming, and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience in the costing of the components
- Work experience in the fabrication and machining industry with knowledge of various types of welding processes, raw materials used, CNC, VMC, and HMC machines
- Knowledge of casting and forging will be beneficial
- RFQ generation, internal processing of the RFQ within the organization, and customer communication
- Explore new business opportunities with domestic and international clients

Main responsibility
- Lead generation, getting RFQs, working on the RFQs along with cross cross-functional team, viz. Design, SCM, inviting quotes from SCM / suppliers, communicating with customers, etc.
- Designing and implementing business strategies
- Experience of handling 500+ cr. annual business
- Setting up business processes for the department
- Identifying new product opportunities in line with company growth objectives and finding ways to convert those opportunities
- Working on the costings of products
- Working on the sales plan, business plan, and monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinating with the Operations team and the SCM team regarding fulfillment of schedules
- Working on the MIS (Management Information System) - RFQ tracker, payment tracker, PO tracker, accounts receivable trackers, new business and new product development trackers, etc.
- Working on presentations related to the above area
- Timely escalations to management regarding project delays
- Attending customer calls, preparing MoMs
- Coordinating customer visits
- Exploring new business opportunities with domestic and international clients
