Ltd., (Ultra), was established in 1991 as ‘Ultra Engineers’ in Pune, Maharashtra, India with a vision to be a “One Stop Shop” for the most complex and critical mechanical components predominantly to the Wind sector. Ultra possesses capability of handling various raw materials viz., Carbon Steel, Alloy Steels, Aluminum Alloys, Copper Alloys, Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Inconel, Monel etc. In addition to this, in-house Heat Treatment, Phosphating, Hot Dip Galvanizing facilities and a dedicated vendor base for Steel raw material, Castings, Forgings and hardware etc. gives better control over product quality, cost, delivery and safety making it a full-service supplier.

A fleet of 450+ CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL, WFL Millturn, Grinding machines and all types of Fabrication set up, welding according to EN 15085-2 (CL 1) & DIN EN ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 & EN 1090-3, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and SAW Machines (with qualified AWS and EN standards welders) helps Ultra to deliver a fully machined or a fabricated component weighing from 50 gm to 30+ MT and a plate thickness of 1 mm to 250+ mm.
